Bringing Your Dog?
We understand — your dog is family. While none of our properties are blanket pet-friendly, many of our homeowners are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs on a case-by-case basis.
How It Works
Every property on Lake Winnipesaukee is someone's home, and each owner has their own comfort level when it comes to dogs. Rather than a blanket yes-or-no policy, we work with each owner individually to find the right fit for your family — including the four-legged members.
Tell us about your dog
When you inquire, let us know the breed, age, and weight. We only accommodate dogs — no cats or other pets, sorry!
When you're ready to book, we ask the owner
We contact the homeowner once you're serious about booking — we don't want to bother owners with “maybe” requests. Once you've chosen your dates and property, we'll present your dog's details for approval.
You get an answer
We'll let you know quickly. If the first property doesn't work out, we'll suggest alternatives that might.
If approved, here's what to expect
- •You'll sign a Pet Rider addendum as part of your lease agreement.
- •You are fully liable for any damages caused by your pet during your stay.
- •Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and kept off furniture.
Dogs only, please — we're not able to accommodate cats, birds, or other animals.
